1. General Policy
All investments made through Brava Capital are final once confirmed and allocated to an investment plan. Because invested capital is deployed into live financial markets, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations of confirmed investments.
2. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a transaction was made without your authorization or resulted from fraudulent access to your account, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the claim, freeze the affected account if necessary, and cooperate with law enforcement. Resolution is handled on a case-by-case basis.
3. Promotional Credits and Bonuses
Promotional deposits, signup bonuses, and referral credits are non-withdrawable until specified conditions are met. These conditions, including required trading or investment volume, are disclosed at the time the credit is awarded.
4. Withdrawals
Withdrawals of earnings and available balances are processed according to the terms of your investment plan and wallet settings. Withdrawal requests are subject to security review and may take up to 24 business hours to complete after approval.
5. Plan Cancellation
Once a plan term begins, it cannot be cancelled mid-term. Upon maturity, you may choose to reinvest your principal and returns or withdraw your balance. Specific plan terms are displayed on the plan detail page before investment.
